Responsibilities:
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, and décor according to event plans and floor plans.
- Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing before each event.
- Assist with room resets and furniture rearrangement as needed.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet event timelines.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures when handling event equipment.
- Assist with post-event breakdown and storage of materials.
- Perform heavy lifting, including moving large furniture and event structures.
- Set up outdoor event spaces, including tents, outdoor seating, and décor arrangements.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment (up to 50 lbs or more).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions and floor plans.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous event setup experience is a plus.
