Job Type:

Responsibilities:

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and décor according to event plans and floor plans.
• Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing before each event.
• Assist with room resets and furniture rearrangement as needed.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet event timelines.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures when handling event equipment.
• Assist with post-event breakdown and storage of materials.
• Perform heavy lifting, including moving large furniture and event structures.
• Set up outdoor event spaces, including tents, outdoor seating, and décor arrangements.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment (up to 50 lbs or more).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions and floor plans.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous event setup experience is a plus.
