We are seeking Banquet Food and Beverage Servers to join our dynamic team and help bring events to life with outstanding hospitality.
Job Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring elegant and professional service
• Assist with buffet setups, plated dinners, and cocktail receptions
• Provide attentive guest service, accommodating special requests and dietary needs
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area
• Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth, timely service
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about Eaton Hall’s event offerings
• Follow health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous banquet or restaurant service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
• Ability to lift and carry trays, set up banquet furniture, and stand for extended periods
